Automotive Elegance

Automotive Elegance came highly recommended and now I understand why. A quick look at their website and social media makes it clear they have earned the trust of automotive enthusiasts who expect exceptional workmanship. My primary point of contact was Will Dubois, who was a pleasure to work with. He's clearly an enthusiast and his passion for cars and genuine pride in his work were evident from the start. I submitted an online quote request on a Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response that same night. Communication from that moment forward was exceptional. I scheduled my appointment quickly and Will kept me updated throughout the project. He went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. The availability of a rental/loaner vehicle made the entire process incredibly convenient. Even with some last minute requests on my end, the team was accommodating and flexible. That level of personalized customer service is increasingly rare and really sets AE apart. AE applied both PPF and window tint and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The quality of the work is outstanding, pricing is fair and the timeline was communicated clearly from the s

Went here a few years ago. Got PPF on the front of the car along with a ceramic coating. Honestly if your car isn’t worth over 100k then don’t go here. They half assed my PPF application and split the film instead of keeping it once piece and cutting to fit. Now it looks like I have 2 huge scratches where the pieces meet on the front bumper. Sloppy application, lots of excess PPF that wasn’t trimmed initially either. I think they gave me the newest employee to apply it cause it wasn’t very professional. I was NEVER called or asked if this would be ok. It was done and when I picked it up I was told this is the only way it could be applied. I have never seen another m240 with PPF has a stupid cut like this. Even when I went back they had to spend time trimming it up. The headlights, a bunch of spots around the bumper and trim as well were cleaned up. They still missed a few spots but I guess they only fixed what they thought I would notice. Why would that even need to happen? Why wasn’t the time spent doing this when they had my car for 3 days…because my car isn’t worth over 100k.. Also there was an air bubble on a piece on the front bumper and I’ve been back twice since the orig

This is a great place to get the Xpel PPF film installed on your car. They are some of the most skilled experts in this work and by far exceed expectations. The customer service is phenomenal, especially Will who manages the customer end of things. He is a very polite, can - do individual who aims to treat every customer with respect and makes sure they are fully satisfied. I had a minor fix to be made to my car after having the film installed just a month ago when I bought the car new, and they did an outstanding job. Will was so courteous and thoughtful that he even cleaned up some mild dirt on the interior of my car, without even me prompting for it. That is by far exceptional focus on quality and maintaining a high standard. Besides the PPF work, they also do window tinting and light detail work here. Given how good they are, I imagine these facets of their service must be the same in overall quality and outcome. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning for future service here.

A++ This is the place to go for high quality PPF. The customer service and care into the vehicles they work on is unmatched. I 100% recommend this shop and the transportation to and from with any vehicle you may have. They took care of my 2003 Mustang Cobra door to door with covered transport and when I got it back it was absolutely gorgeous. I’ll be going back for sure with other vehicles.

Great experience. Would 100% recommend. I worked with Kevin and PJ- both are amazing. Very nice folks and great to work with. I got full body stealth PPF done, tint on all windows and rear windshield, ceramic on exterior, ceramic on upholstery. The price was very competitive and Kevin is very knowledgable & experienced with these products and this work. These are the reasons I went with them. The car turned out great and they took really good care of my brand new car! See pictures The only thing I'd recommend is talk about the minor details and have clear expectations on both side. Things like how the edges will be done for PPF (wrapped around OR some gap left exposed), how will PPF be done on tricky areas like weird curves which are hard to cover completely, etc. This is the mistake that I made and I'm working with them to resolve it. But I'm certain we'll have a solution that I'll be 100% happy with -- they are great to work with, very accommodating!! Again, I would 100% recommend them. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy.
